Urgent Support

For Severity 1 issues, Azaleos support will almost always make first contact, however, if you are experiencing a Severity 1 problem you can contact the Azaleos NOC by phone with the hotline number supplied as part of your SLA.

For all other technical support issues, general support questions or requests, we encourage you to send e-mail directly to AZSupport.
