Azaleos Offers All-In-One Monthly Pricing Plan to Help Customers Weather Economic Downturn

SEATTLE, Feb. 3, 2009 -- Azaleos® Corporation, the managed Microsoft Exchange services company, today announced a new All-In-One financing option that wraps hardware, Azaleos managed services, and any deployment and migration services into a single monthly subscription. This new financing option is designed to help enterprises migrate to Microsoft Exchange 2007, which requires new 64 bit hardware and robust attached storage for optimal performance and stability. The program is being underwritten, in part, by ePlus Group, inc., a new Azaleos business partner.
According to a Forrester Research report, “More often than not, leasing is the preferred option in financing an IT infrastructure environment. This is particularly true when 1) the technology replacement follows along the same industry life-cycle turnover for that specific technology; 2) a business need exists for rapid technological changes; 3) a business need exists to drive the quick adoption of a new technology; and most importantly, 4) spreading out payments and using operating funds rather than capital funds would be beneficial.”
Azaleos recognizes that economic times are tough and IT departments are facing capital purchasing and hiring restrictions. This new financing option allows organizations faced with capital expenditure limitations to migrate to Azaleos managed services, since the monthly subscription payment does not qualify as a capital expenditure. Since Azaleos managed services free up internal resources from day-to-day management of Exchange e-mail, IT departments can maintain service level commitments and focus on more strategic initiatives without hiring additional staff.
