Azaleos Enhances Remote Monitoring Service for Deeper Visibility into Microsoft Exchange
SEATTLE, Wash., May 19, 2008 - Azaleos® Corporation, the managed Microsoft messaging services company, today announced the release of version 4.0 of ViewXchange, its monitoring and reporting service for Microsoft Exchange. ViewXchange provides enhanced real-time visibility and reporting into the health, performance, and usage of Microsoft Exchange environments including Active Directory, Windows Server, storage systems, and physical and virtual servers. Azaleos also announced a free three (3) week trial offer that allows qualifying organizations to use this monitoring service to evaluate the health of their Exchange system.

The ViewXchange 4.0 service monitors and provides real-time views of nearly three thousand Exchange system data points that influence system availability and performance. ViewXchange 4.0 is a SaaS service that is already shipping and used by Azaleos network operations center professionals to manage service level agreements for the company’s customers located across 3 continents. Organizations that qualify for the limited time free trial, can access the same visibility into their Exchange environment from the ViewXchange browser-based dashboard. Some of the new capabilities in ViewXchange 4.0 include:
- A redesigned System View for a simplified, “at a glance” overview of Exchange health vital signs
- A new view and reports of real-time and historical Exchange mail flow statistics
- Health and data views of both the physical server and virtual (guest and host) servers
