Azaleos Delivery Options
Within most organizations, there are solutions that gravitate toward public clouds, solutions that should be in private clouds, and many IT components that should stay on-premise.

At Azaleos we are fond of using the "F" word!  The Azaleos solution is built on FLEXIBLE delivery options that meet the needs of any one ofAzaleos Platform Architecture these models, as well as mixed scenarios where these models are combined.

Our services for managing Exchange, SharePoint, Lync and Active Directory can be delivered:

  • On Premise: hardware, software and data physically located in customer’s on-premise datacenter
  • Remote Datacenter: “private cloud” dedicated infrastructure with hardware, software, customer data located in a third-party secure datacenter like the ones offered by Azaleos or our enterprise datacenter partners, Verizon Business, IBM, Savvis and CDW
  • Multi-tenant Datacenter: “public cloud” shared infrastructure with hardware, software and customer data located in a public cloud datacenter like Microsoft’s Office 365 suite
  • Mixed Environment: a combination of On-Premise or Remote Datacenter delivery with the Multi-tenant Datacenter, supported by Azaleos Managed Hybrid Services
Azaleos’ core business is providing remotely outsourced IT services for monitoring and managing Exchange, SharePoint, Lync and Active Directory so companies get better performance and save money. We work with organizations who want to simplify the Microsoft UC stack to create the cost efficiencies associated with cloud solutions without giving up the control, customization and sophistication of on-premise solutions.

Today, one of the major IT debates is whether or not to push the majority of the hardware and capex costs to the cloud OR to continue to leverage existing technology in the on-premise datacenter.  Azaleos provides the options for financing hardware into opex costs OR for continuing to leverage existing infrastructure.

We’ve purposely designed our technology to give customers the freedom to achieve this goal however they choose. Customers can leverage Azaleos services in the ways that work best for them- whether that’s in the cloud, on premise or a mix of both.
