HealthCheck & Assessments: Azaleos evaluates your existing platform and IT enviroment and compares it against the projected needs of the planned UC infrastructure. The objective is to determine what sorts of hardware, software and process adjustments are necessary in order to accommodate Exchange, SharePoint and/or Lync. Azaleos considers everything from backups to virtualization to high availability to archiving requirements and opportunities.
Unified Communications Architecture and Planning: Azaleos will create a recommended and best practice driven design and comprehensive architecture for your enterprise rollout of Exchange, SharePoint, Lync, Active Directory and/or Office 365. The final output of the planning process will take into account everything from global and branch office scalability to storage scalability to mobile device accessibility.
