The AzaleosX platform is made up of 2 key pillars: ViewX for monitoring. alerting, reporting and visualization, and SecureX for management and remediation.    

ViewX: The Azaleos Monitoring module
ViewX enables the Azaleos Network Operations Center (NOC) to visualize millions of datapoints per day from servers deployed around the world, helping troubleshoot and proactively resolve issues before they are even detected by an end user or IT. Lightweight agents are installed on thousands of monitored customer servers.

ViewX collects specific server datapoints and compresses them into 5K-sized packets. These packets are transmitted approximately every minute from customer servers to the Azaleos backend system, a massively parallel server farm which processes all this data and applies thousands of “best practice” rules against the data, which in turn trigger alerts to Azaleos NOC staff regarding any anomalies.  Azaleos only collects anonymous server data and has no visibility into customer email content or other business-related data. The data captured by ViewX enables our NOC to measure email access and throughput to and from the Internet, mobile devices, web browsers and Outlook clients, ensuring email is always up and flowing as efficiently as possible.

In order to provide a graphical enterprise view of the health and performance of private cloud-based systems, Azaleos offers the ViewX CIO Dashboard. This tool aggregates and distills the millions of data points gathered per day by ViewX into a single up-to-the minute view that maps the status of customer systems and key performance indicators. In addition to providing IT Execs with a real-time view of their systems, the ViewX Dashboard also offers access to monthly historical reporting.
SecureX: The Azaleos Management module
Our expert engineers review the data gathered by ViewX and proactively remediate any issues using the SecureX management module. SecureX gives Azaleos NOC engineers instantaneous remote access to any machine in seconds to resolve issues quickly and securely.  This remote access enables logged, auditable, repeatable, and scripted remote command execution --- all this without asking our customers to alter their security practices.

SecureX has 128-bit encryption and is SAS-70 compliant for the highest levels of security. Azaleos engineers establish processes and change controls for each unique environment, all built with and approved by our customers. We can even integrate ViewX alerts with customer trouble ticketing or helpdesk systems. These are just some of the steps we take before SecureX commands are transmitted from the Azaleos NOC and executed locally on customer systems.
