Part of this very low customer attrition rate is due to our solution being launched 3 years ago, but most of it is simply due to our unflagging commitment to outstanding customer service. Our last customer survey indicated that 95+% of our customers would definitely or probably select Azaleos again if they had to remake their initial decision again today.

In the 3+ years since its founding Azaleos has proven itself to be a constant innovator, cranking out a new product or service every 5-6 months. Based in part on our close working relationship with Microsoft, Azaleos will continue to research and invest in the most optimized technologies which will help to enhance the IT experience as it relates to the communications environment in a company.
