The Azaleos team has experience in the deployment of hundreds of thousands of seats of Exchange. Most of our engineers have certifications specializing in a number of areas ranging from Microsoft centric to large generalized program management. Using these skills in conjunction with Azaleos proven migration methodologies, Azaleos is able to maintain very high success rates with each and every migration. The following outline describes some of the core certifications that the Azaleos team holds today.

• MCA MESSAGING (previously known as the Exchange Ranger program): The Microsoft Certified Architect Program is the top tier training program available from Microsoft today for Microsoft Exchange Server engineers. Entrance into this program has stringent pre-requisites ensuring that the individuals accepted already possess many of the unique skills necessary to be effective in such a position. Years of consulting experience on Exchange are required, in addition to passing a lab based entrance exam. Currently there are less than a 100 MCA certified technicians in the world. Azaleos employs an MCA today that oversees all designs and deployments to ensure the highest level of quality for our customers.
  
  
• MCP and MCSE: The Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer certification or MCSE as it is more commonly known is a proven certification program that establishes a level of technical expertise on Windows and Exchange. Azaleos employs a number of MCSEs and requires all new hires to either have an MCP certification that specializes in messaging or for the newly hired person to have this certification within 3 months of their hire date. This requirement is for all Azaleos operations staff from our Jr. Level operations technicians to the Executive Director of Operations.
  
  
• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification: One of the most valued credentials in project management, the PMP credential assures employers that you are committed to project management.  Earning and maintaining this credential demonstrates a solid foundation to experience in effectively managing projects.  Our PMP certified team ensures that our employees perform their duties under general supervision and are responsible for all aspects of the project, can lead cross functional teams to deliver projects within the constraints of schedule and budget deadlines and demonstrate sufficient knowledge and experience to apply methodologies to a project and execute on meeting all deliverables.
  
  
• SAS70 Certification: A SAS 70 audit is a demonstration of both the legal and business commitment to superior levels of reliability, availability and security.   This certification is widely recognized standard representing a service organization's completion of an in-depth audit of their control objectives and control activities which includes controls and safeguards over information technology and related processes. 
  
  
• Microsoft Gold Certified Partner: Gold Certified Partners represent the highest level of competence and expertise with Microsoft technologies, and have the closest working relationship with Microsoft.
  
  
• Microsoft Exchange TAP (Technical Adoption Program) partner: Azaleos is one of only 40 customers and partners that are allowed to review and test Exchange Solutions months before they are released.

• Lee Dumas, Director of Architecture
                                             

Lee Dumas is the Director of Architecture at Azaleos, and has been involved with Exchange and messaging for over 13 years --- first as a core member of the Exchange development team at Microsoft and then in various consulting roles. He specializes in architecture and operations specific to Exchange and Active Directory, and is also proficient in other Exchange-related technologies like UM, OCS, and mobile devices. Most recently, before joining Azaleos, Lee spent seven years in "real world" deployment engagements in which he helped companies, ranging from a handful of seats up to multinational corporations with 60,000 or more seats, get Exchange messaging running smoothly. Lee is a pioneer MCA Ranger and has been part of the program since it first expanded outside of Microsoft four years ago. Top
