 | Phil Van Etten, Chief Executive Officer Phil Van Etten is the Chief Executive Officer of Azaleos, having served previously as the COO and CFO of the company. He is a 20-year technology industry veteran who has helped early stage companies including Kiva and Sygate become extraordinarily successful. He has also served in senior executive roles in larger organizations such as Baan.
Prior to joining Azaleos, Phil was the CFO for enterprise endpoint security provider Sygate Technologies, acquired by Symantec in October 2005. Before Sygate, Phil was the senior vice president of investor relations and the corporate treasurer for the Baan Company, Europe's second largest software company. Earlier in his career, Phil served as CFO of Kiva Software, prior to and during its sale to Netscape.

 | Keith McCall, Chief Technology Officer & Founder Keith McCall has led the development and delivery of enterprise software products for over 16 years. Prior to founding Azaleos, Keith spent four and a half years as the director and product unit manager for Microsoft® Exchange Solutions. He was responsible for ensuring the integrity of the complete solution through technology and business development activities that supported Exchange systems integrators, ISVs, and IT professionals who deliver Microsoft-based messaging solutions. Keith initially joined Microsoft to develop a departmental solution server based on Microsoft's BackOffice technologies, which was delivered as the Team Productivity Update for BackOffice 4.5 in 1999.
Prior to Microsoft, Keith was the senior director for Lotus' line of Domino.Applications and was responsible for delivering Lotus' Notes-and Web-based collaborative applications on the Domino Platform. Before joining Lotus, Keith invented Net.Commerce and built the team that delivered IBM's flagship Internet Commerce product. He was also the architect and developer of the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games ticket server and was instrumental in designing and developing L.L. Bean's first e-commerce site. Keith also invented IBM's Net.Data product, which was the first product to join IBM's DB2 relational database to Web servers, and held a variety of marketing and sales positions related to the release of the first RISC System/6000 line of UNIX computers from IBM.

 | Scott Gode, Vice President of Marketing & Product Management In his vice president of marketing role Scott Gode is responsible for all marketing and communications at Azaleos including strategy, product management and channel. He leads the efforts for building the Azaleos brand and for helping to ensure that all Azaleos customers remain highly satisfied with their Azaleos end to end messaging experience.
With more than 18 years of marketing and product leadership in the technology industry, Gode has a proven track record of launching new businesses and building a huge base of satisfied customers. His career includes key leadership positions at Microsoft and Motorola. Gode spent 14 years at Microsoft in variety of senior product management, marketing and product planning roles in the Server & Tools, Office, Windows Mobile and Exchange product groups. Most recently at Microsoft Gode directed global marketing for the IT Pro Audience and before that he was responsible for helping Microsoft to establish Windows Mobile and the Microsoft smartphone devices as marketplace leaders in the industry. Prior to his tenure at Microsoft, Gode worked for both Motorola and American Airlines and was responsible for helping them to launch and market various products in the European marketplace.
Gode received his MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University. He also received schooling in Germany and Austria.

 | Matt Bell, Vice President of Worldwide Sales As Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Business Development, Matt Bell is responsible for the overall sales strategy and field engagement activities for Azaleos. Matt is on point for strengthening customer and partner outreach in all Azaleos markets. Additionally, Matt is actively involved with the overall effort to continue to establish Azaleos as an industry leader in customer satisfaction.
Matt is a seasoned sales executive with over 13 years of experience in the industry. Prior to joining Azaleos, Matt was Vice President of Sales and Business Development at SourceLabs, a venture funded startup, as well as General Manager of Enterprise Sales at RealNetworks where he ran North America sales and OEM business globally. He spent over 5 years at Plumtree Software, now part of BEA systems, where he ran sales in the Western US and helped the company grow revenue from $3 million to $100 million, and an IPO.
Matt holds a B.A. in Business and Administration with concentrations in marketing and finance from the University of Washington.

 | Joel Raper, Executive Director of Operations and Services As Executive Director of Operations and Services Joel Raper leads two critical teams at Azaleos. On the Operations side his expert team of Microsoft Exchange Messaging Engineers and Network Operations Technicians are responsible for managing the Azaleos Network Operations Center and thereby all ongoing managed services and support of worldwide Azaleos OneServer deployments. On the Service Delivery side, Joel's team owns the block and tackle work involved with worldwide OneServer deployments on-premise for our customers.
Joel brings more than 12 years of technology experience to Azaleos and holds a bachelor's degree in Information Technology. Before joining Azaleos, Joel held senior IT positions at Allegheny Technologies, one of the largest specialty metals companies in the world, where he was responsible for Messaging, Active Directory, and Infrastructure.
Joel holds multiple industry certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, and Citrix, and has a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, with a minor in Networking and Telecommunications. Top

 | Ronald S. Woan, Director of Research and Development Ronald S. Woan is the Director of Research and Development for Azaleos, leading the team responsible for development, testing, and product management for the software and systems integrated into Azaleos OneServer appliances.
Ronald became the fifth employee at Azaleos after leaving a sixteen year career at IBM, where he was a Senior Engineer. In 1998, Ronald created IBM's highly acclaimed Extreme Blue program, an incubator for talent, technology, and business innovation that recruited some of the world's brightest computer science students and MBAs to work on new business opportunities. Ronald worked to expand this program to labs across North America, Europe, Middle East, and Asia. Earlier, Ronald was responsible for the distributed systems architecture behind most of the highly available IBM solutions deployed for the IBM Patent Server, 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games, and Grand Slam tennis tournaments - massively scalable systems integrating monitoring and management software into some of the earliest real-time dynamically generated Internet content distribution systems. Ronald was instrumental in launching IBM's World Wide Web presence in 1994 and previously held positions in microprocessor design, manufacturing systems and decision support systems development.
Ronald earned his bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from UC Berkeley and is a senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. Top

 | Joseph Consolini, Director of Product Integration Joseph Consolini is the Director of Product Integration for Azaleos, responsible for worldwide focus on OneServer and OneStop services deployments (tools and process), pre-sales and product planning research.
Previously, Joseph ran a large information technology department for American International Group (AIG), and was responsible for the team running many of AIG's mission critical systems including global Microsoft Exchange infrastructures. At AIG, Joe was a pioneer in the architecture and deployment of world class iSCSI Storage Area Networks, document imaging systems, electronic fax, interactive voice response systems, and other line of business applications that integrated with Microsoft Exchange.
Joe has also held senior IT management roles at Worldcom, Hollinger International, Foxwood Resort Casino, and the Phoenix Media Communications Group. Top

 | Scott Parrish, Director of Finance & Controller Scott Parrish joined Azaleos in January 2006 and is responsible for the General and Administrative operations of the company, including Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Legal and Facilities. Scott has over 12 years experience in providing financial, administrative, and operational leadership to technology businesses ranging from early-stage to established billion dollar corporations.
Prior to joining Azaleos, Scott served as Finance Director at F5 Networks, where he led treasury, international accounting, SEC and SOX compliance functions, and due diligence and integration matters pertaining to the company's M&A activities. While at F5, Scott played a key roll in supporting the company's growth from $5 million to $400 million in revenues including the Company's IPO and Secondary public offerings. Scott began his career as a consultant for Ernst & Young, LLP. Scott is a graduate of Central Washington University and became a licensed CPA in 1994. Top
