The Sales Engineer is responsible for providing technical support throughout the sales process. In order to accomplish this objective, the Sales Engineer is responsible for understanding the business requirements of prospective customers. The Sales Engineer must work with the Sales Team, Professional Services Team and Network Operations Center to deliver compelling product demonstrations which are tied to the company's value proposition, develop detailed proposal responses, and provide ongoing feedback to the product management and development team.
